They check for Freight Damage and document any issues with notes and photos immediately. They scan the Packing slips over to make sure we received everything. Glide provides a detailed timeline of when they can make the deliveries, the Installers are polite and courteous with the onsite contact. They contacted me right away with any issues so we can resolve right away over the phone. After the job is complete we get photos, and a detailed punch list - even if the job is Punch Free.
