I just have to say that I did do a survey before this and it wasn’t a good one. But there was misunderstanding on my part. After talking to the manager I can say I am having a great experience with them. My daughter was with them and she told me about them. I am very pleased with everything.

The staff is wonderful. So helpful.
We are happy with the our storage unit. We feel safe when we go to it and leave from it. The service is always friendly. The staff answers questions and other concerns we may have, and always are happy to assist in any way they are able. I will recommend this facility to my family and friends who ask. The price is reasonable and it makes it easier than trying to work around them.
I will never never never go to any other place than ideal self storage. Dirt cheap price.do a great job of maintaining all of the storage center locations. They are very clean. . I drive by ideal self storage all locations and they look like gold. They are cleaned and grass is mowed and not grown up. Also other storage centers have stone drive ways this offers black top drive ways.
