We had a problem with our pickup truck when driving from Idaho to Salt Lake City.nnWe stopped at NAPA for some help identifying the error codes that popped up.nnA guy came out with a code reader, helped us with decrypting the codes and gave us great advice.nnWe ended up not buying anything, and they never thought of charging us for the time and trouble!nnThis is what great attitude and service should be like!!! I wish everyone would learn from them!!!nnThank you very much for your help and service with a smile!!!
