This salon doesn't even deserve one star from me. Thus review is not based on how they do hair but it's about the level of professionalism that that the shop has. I called around 11 am to make an appointment for my daughter, the owner Pat answered the phone and have me an appointment for 5pm. Around 4:42 pm, someone from the shop called to tell me that she has to.move the appointment to a later time because Pat was just getting on the road from Jersey to come to PA. Reluctantly I accwpted the change in time, (keep in my that the when the first appointmemt time change call came, I was already in front of the shop). I decided to run a few errands to kill an hour, fast forward, around 5:52 while almost back at the shop, I get yet another phone call , this time from the owner Pat that she is just leaving NJ and would like to move the appointmentto 7pm. I declined the appointment despite the owners attempt to take money of my bill, my time is way more important than any percentage that she coyuld offer me. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, THEN PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS SHOP. for a new business in the area, this is not the way to earn clientele. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. All.theat time I wasted, I could have figured out something else for my daughter .RIDICULOUS
