I don't appreciate having to sit for 40 minutes while my prescription that I was waiting for for 15 minutes, I was told, is sitting on a basket on the shelf the whole time. Everybody was behind the counter filling bottles with pills and they knew I was sitting there. I think that little male cashier pharmacy tech or whatever he is is very unprofessional. He knew I was sitting there because I heard him talking about me. Very unprofessional and and considerate of my time.

Why would a pharmacy not allow customers to use their restrooms? Many people who come in are elderly or have medical issues. They have closed there restrooms to the public. The customer service is atrocious. The girl was doing nothing and than approached the counter finally and wanted me to self checkout. I did not want to. Than she complained because my items would not fit in the little opening in the plexiglass. They have cut staff so much they might as well close their doors.

I rarely give reviews. This is One of the best CVS stores and the best pharmacy EVER! The customer service in the store is always amazing (Professional, Friendly & Knowledgeable). As for the Pharmacy department, they absolutely always go above and beyond. They call me to advise of less expensive prescriptions. They call to ask if I would like all of my prescriptions to be filled on the same date for my convenience. Who does that? Sheer thoughtfulness & sooo good for business. Keep up the good work.

I don’t understand where all the negative comments are coming from. This location is one of the cleanest and friendliest CVS stores in the area. Everyone is courteous and you get greeted when you walk in by at least one employee. The pharmacy staff, from my experience, is nice and I’m in there frequently enough that I can’t say I’ve had a bad interaction. They acknowledge you if they’re busy and can’t get to you right away. As with all pharmacies there’s a wait at peak times but most of the time I’m in and out quickly.
