My experience in buying a new truck from Stone’s was exceptional. Due to COVID-19 and living out of state, the entire process was done online. I want to specifically thank my sales consultant, Michael Strommer, for his superb customer service, including picking me up from the airport and taking me to the dealership, and for patiently answering all my questions and assisting me through the buying process. I also want to give a shout out to Jordan Tait for making the financing process easy and hassle free. I truly appreciate his no-pressure approach and wish other dealerships would do the same. If you are looking for a great deal without the frustration that typically comes with buying a new vehicle, then I would recommend Stone’s in Rexburg. They make the buying experience a joy.

On Saturday, September 26, 2020 my wife and I were travelling from Eagle to Yellowstone. We were pulling our RV trailer. Larry Miller Dodge in Boise had worked on our trailer braking system earlier in the week. Leaving Idaho Falls on Saturday afternoon we experienced serious braking problems. We called the nearest Dodge dealership, Stone's Dodge in Rexburg, hoping to get help.nWe were advised that only basic services were available on the weekend. We took the chance that the on-duty service guy might have personal experience with these systems. To our great good fortune, Jeremy was on duty. We were grateful just for his willingness to look at the problem. We were even more grateful that he, not only diagnosed the problem, but adjusted the braking system and fixed it. Jeremy, a great guy, saved our camping trip.

Great place! Very honest. I had a price from the biggest Ran dealer in the country that claims their prices can't be beaten. Stone's beat them by $2,000 without me even mentioning that I already had a price from somebody else.
