Hands down the best and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. They were amazing to work with and Harvey was a great salesman to work with, and above all he was very personable and had amazing customer service skills. He also demonstrated a very admirable sense of respect for his fellow salesman as well as management. He wasn't pushy and neither was anyone else. This was the best experience I’ve ever had for having a repair done at a dealership!!!nWorking with Shane was a joy. He’s very personable, and honest. He went out of his way to find a replacement part, and was able to get it covered under a warranty.nMy bill was about $60 less than the estimate!nWhen does that ever happen?nWhile waiting for my repair, I took the opportunity to talk to Harvey about a new car. Great service great staff (Shane)! Never get the run around they just tell it like it is ! I was able to get my car fixed and not have to sit and wait they were able to lend me a rental and I was on my way... I called them about a gmc diesel truck they sent to action. I loved this truck! They brought it back and sold it to me and helped me get it to San Diego. They made the whole process so easy and kept in contact to inform me every step of the way! I just got my truck today and it was even better than expected! Russ is a great guy and helped me out a lot. I recommend this dealership even tho they sale fords! I’m giving them 5 stars for my personal experience.
