I have been going to New Imperial since I was a little girl. They have the best Chinese food around. Only thing I hate is they are closed on Mondays. It seems every time I want Chinese it's always on a Monday. They are very accommodating to our picky children. Our favorite is their sweet and sour chicken, chicken and broccoli.

Staff not wearing masks & following covid 19 recommendations. No thanks, didn't even bother to pick up my order when I saw that. Owner responded to my review and is WRONG. I called the department of agriculture and ALL RESTAURANT STAFF ARE SUPPOSED TO BE WEARING MASK UNLESS THEY HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION AND CAN'T!! So when your business goes under you have no one to blame but yourself for not following guidelines. I've been a customer of yours for years but not anymore. No one wants your aerosols all over their food ! NASTY

We have been ordering from New Imperial for the last three years and I believe it's the best Chinese food in the Lehigh Valley. The portions are generous and the food just tastes really good - don't be afraid to check out their menu and try some of the other less popular items. The chef specials are excellent. It's a little pricey but I'll pay for quality. I am really skeptical of the poor reviews here on Google because for me, the quality and flavor of the food is always excellent!
