Good pizza with quality toppings. But service and help are incompetent. Sadly we will no longer order from them. Tonight we placed an order for delivery and we were told 1 hr. and 10 minutes. After over 1 1/2 hrs we called to check on order. They said it's out for delivery. Over 2 hrs have passed we called again, and after talking to multiple people they said our food was there and ready for pick up. We said it was for delivery and they said they had it as pick up... WTH!!!!! If we were going to pick up, why would you give us a delivery time? When we called back to check on delivery our delivery why, why would you say it's out for delivery? We canceled the order so I better NOT see that charge on my Credit Card!

Two weeks ago I stop with my family and we had the famous upside down Pizza the square one each of us had two slices and there were outstanding flavorful and crunchy . I decided to stop in today and get a whole pie of it. It’s Saturday And they’re pretty busy walk in at 6pm Guy told me to come back within 15 - 20 minutes I come back 30 minutes later order wasn’t even put through One hour later I get my order get home and everything was under cooked I had to put everything in my oven so he could cook properly. Smh.nnOverall they have pretty good food but if they’re in a rush Who food won’t cook properly.

I was born and raised in NY and am new to the Easton area. So glad I found Marinelli's...its like a little slice of home. Everything I've tried so far has been delicious!

Disappointed, I had heard great things and finally ordered lunch today. Garlic knots tasted like they were freezer burnt and the calzone was undercooked.

First time I ever got a bad meal from marinellis. Have been Ordering from them for years. The food has always been very good. Today I ordered to pasta dishes and they were so salty could not eat them. They must have a new cook.
