The apartments upstairs this barber shop USED to be affordable, until the owner Kirk the Barber sold the building. The new owner quadrupled the rent, forcing the old tenants out. My apartment , a modest one, went from 800 a month to 1,200 a month due to the new owner being greedy. No remodel, no updates, just price hike. New owner knows about CUTTING alright. I decided to move out before the new owner's rent fees were imposed. I had just moved in only 8 months before Kirk sold the building, and I asked if he was going to sell, As I didn't want to move again so soon, He said, NO,he wasn't selling. Then, sure enough...8 months in Kirk said some people were coming in to take pics for his homeowners insurance, But I knew, and it was confirmed they were realtors. Landlords suck. I got fed up and bought a house, been living landlord free for 4 years or so now. Don't miss renting. I never met the new owner. Don't care to either, his rent hike is all I needed to know.

ud83dudc88 Best Barber shop ud83dudc88 Hideaway spot, with Comfortable atmosphere for kids & adults. With an amazing stylist. My kids refuse to go anywhere else. Even if it is out of my area. It's worth it. Thank you ud83dudc4fud83dude06
