Riviera Apartments

Great place. smaller complex so it's fun knowing everyone and doing things together! I like my room layout. Management and Maintenance here is fabulous. I told them my lightbulb was out and within 20 min I had a new one. Super friendly and kind.

I used to live at Riviera and I loved it. Then they got new management and they are rude. There were a lot of issues where bikes got stolen and etc. There was mold growing in my apartment and I told them and they had me clean it up myself. It may be in a good location and cheap, but it is not worth the hassle.

Lived there almost a year ago and I’m not going back. The place is cheap and in a great location, but the management is awful. Very rude and disrespectful. They’d bend over backwards to NOT help you. The washer/dryer facilities are very sub par. Not enough to serve the whole complex and not working half the time. Expect a wait to use the washers that do work. I was expected to have the apartment cleaner than it was when I moved in on the first clean check. Had to scrub mold off that was there when I first came. Checkouts are a hassle and management will do nothing to fit you in to their schedule when you’re trying to leave.

I really like the location. Lots of room in the apartments and extra storage space availiable to tenants. Management is fabulous.

Great place and management. The layout is nice and feels like home away from home. And it is right across the street from campus! win-win for me :)
