Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

Cafe Rio is one of my favorites. If I had a chance I would eat there everyday. They are clean, the food taste amazing, the employees are friendly. I would advise everyone to go and try their tacos if you haven't. If you are a student you get a discount for your tacos if you show them your student card.

The time of day is usually the decider on what kind of service you will get- especially if it's busy! I typically get good service. The sweet pork burritos are good! (They're actually my favorite.) I wish the chain had better dessert options. Only holdbacks for me is price (typically $10-$12 per person if you get a burrito) and having to wait when it's crazy busy. All in all well managed though!

Hands down, Cafe Rio makes the best salad ON THE PLANET! This location however is notorious for skimping on the meat and employees getting distracted while making food, so they don't quite get it right every time. In fact, don't be surprised if you go to a different location and the portions a bigger, it's just how they roll here. Luckily, the food is still fantastic, but you have to keep an eye on them while they make your food.

This place is amazing. But please teach your kids what utensils are. I asked 3 times for them and I only got a cup, lid and straw cause the gal didn't know what i was talking about when I days utensils.

Not going to lie I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at this location. First time I found a fly in my enchiladas. Next there was something really hard that hurt my teeth like Little Rock’s in my salad.. tonight it smelt really bad like feces. The lettuce was all brown as well. I’m kind of scared to eat it.My friend and I noticed the smell and even the people behind us.. I’m honestly having a hard time wanting to go back..
