Sonic Drive-In

Love their food, but the waits are ridiculously long. I’ve waited for 10 minutes before even being able to order at the drive through. There was no one in front of me, I was just told to wait a moment. After I finally ordered, I got to the window I was told to wait yet again. This happens every time. Like I said, love the food but they really need change something!!

went there and waited in the drive through line for 15-20 minutes. the employees seemed annoyed and just didn’t have great service. when we finally got to the window to get our food they were still getting our drinks. they gave us our food and sent us away but we informed them that they forgot our shake. the employee went back to make it and it ended up taking 2 employees to make it. it took them at least 5 minutes to make it, and when we got it, it was already melted and watered down. then when we left and began eating our food, we realized they forgot our fries. not a good experience.

I went and the manager was yelling at his workers and was chewing out a customer that said he had been waiting for his food for 45 minutes and was just wanting a refund and to leave. I waited at the register for 5 minutes before anyone helped me. The person taking my order didn't know what they were doing was rude about it. Awful place to eat. I love sonic and their drinks but this one in particular I will never go to again!

I can honestly say I've never had so many bad experiences at any given place. Every time we go back they are constantly slow, even when empty. A half hour wait time at the end of the day with an empty lot? Another time they forgot about us and left us sitting there. They deleted our mobile order for pickup on a third visit. Is not worth your time and money.

The staff is super nice but they never seem to have the doordashes ready when you arrive
