It has a creek and a park

It's nice to have a park to play ball and some walk their dog. The area has many other parks with walk paths, carousel, stream, mini golf as well as field day events.

Penico Park isn't really a park. It's a dumpy little field. They do have a little league baseball diamond though. I got paddled on home plate when I was 7 years old. I hate that place.
