I’ve always had a great time eating here and I love the fresh options that are provided. The new #13 with all the freebies is my go to and of course you can’t forget the ranch! All the employees are friendly and great to talk too but Josh takes it to another level. I am always laughing when he is working inshop there!

I absolutely love this location! The employees here at Rexburg’s Jimmy Johns have been incredibly kind and friendly to me ever since I first entered their doors.nnThe employees are down to earth and do an amazing job at making the experience personal to you—never minding the fact that we are talking about a fast food restaurant! Their sandwiches have never failed to be delicious and I will always find myself feeling incredibly satiated if I place an order in an unwich.nnThey truly do not lack in ensuring that the customer gets just what they asked for and a little more—always feeling like you’ve gotten a great bang for your buck. I have made some incredible friends with the employees here who have continued to make my experience very comfortable, pleasant, and all around another great piece in my day.nnTruly!! I love these people as they have sincerely strived to make all my experiences a wonderful moment in my day. I hope that anyone interested in checking this place out will take my words into consideration and see for yourselves why this location in particularly has become my favorite.

Generally a fine experience, but they are very inconsistent on what they can and can't do. Special requests (like peppers on the side, or meat then veg) I can order one day may be a hard no from a different employee the next day. Sandwiches are great and always fresh ingredients. Delivery is usually pretty quick. Employees are kind and helpful.

Ordered a sandwich, they did almost opposite of everything I ordered. Called back to get it fixed, and the next sandwich was the same exact thing. When I called to tell them what happened the second time, I was met with a “what do you expect?” They didn’t listen to me at all or even pay attention to what I ordered. Terrible customer service and a total waste of 30-45 minutes, two sandwiches, and money. Every time I try them again and give them another chance after a while, I’m always disappointed, but this was by far the worst experience.
