My husband just picked up 2 pizzas for us because there is a great sale for 2 medium pizzas for 5.99 each. Great sale. Good pizza. No customer focus however. Opportunity to train team members on what customer service means. We will not be ordering from here again soon. We’ll pay more for better service elsewhere until we see some improvements.
I already love Domino's pizza, but this location is really great. The staff is courteous and will take the time to chat with you and ask how your day has been. It's not common to run into such friendly workers these days. Always pleased with this location!
I've always had great customer service coming here! Staff is friendly, and I usually get my order pretty fast (doesn't matter if I order to go and go in or if I do curbside). The site can be a little finicky with telling me when my order is ready or not so I typically just call the place to make sure it's there and ready.
They ask you so many question like model and make of car, which side of the car you want your pizza delivered on, text “here” when you arrive, then turn on your hazards. All for the employee to come out, ask what order you’re here to pick up and then just hand the pizza to the driver. Pasta was good and so were the garlic knots. My pizza was all but lacking cheese. I ordered regular cheese, I’d hate see what light cheese would look like. Over all, probably won’t be returning in the future to this Rexburg location
Usually it's been fine, but tonight they didn't answer the call when it was more than 20 minutes away from closing. What is that?
