ARK Lock & Security

Went in to see if I could get a lock for a metal cabinet I picked up at a yard sale. I’ve never had to do this before so when I asked how much a new lock and key would be they told me it would be easier and cheaper for me to bring in the existing lock to make a key for it. I asked how much that would be and they said “$2 a key” and they would call me when it was finished. S couple days went by and I called to follow up. They told me that it was done. Went in To get my new set of keys and lock and the charge was $17? “Oh well we had to make a hand impression”. . . I would have appreciated that price upfront or a call. Not going there again.

Great service! Made the fact that I was locked out of my house so much better. Highly recommended.

Super fast!! It was only about twenty minutes between when I called and when they got there! And then service itself took about 2 minutes! 10/10 would call again!!
