I LOVE everything about the salon! As another review stated, your Pinterest dreams come true here! Every time I go in, I show Marie my inspiration pictures and she does her magic. All the ladies are so friendly and bubbly. Jen is wonderful! I was nervous about trying to find someone who could cut my fine, wavy hair, but Jen is a great listener and has earned my trust! She does gorgeous highlights, and I like getting her input on which tone I should do each season. I love how she makes my hair look!
I was at Gloss Beauty Bar twice. Both times my highlights faded out quickly. The first time I went back to get an extra toner (and paid for it). The second time the hairdresser came in late, I had to wait 30 minutes and experienced a rushed service. I explicitly asked her about the toner. She assured me that it will be fine. Only a few days later the highlights faded out, not the color I wanted. I've complaint via Facebook messenger. The owner offered to fix it, but then never replied again. I absolutely can't recommend this place after the bad experience.
