The people who work here are so nice! They go way out of their way to be helpful. I got my wedding veil here and I love it so much.

The girls are so nice here! I wasn’t finding exactly what I wanted and they had so many helpful suggestions about how they could alter it. One of the employees even called me after they were closed to let me know that she had found a dress at a bridal show that she thought would be perfect.

This place is the biggest joke. We called to see if we need an appointment. She said it was just a walk in place. We walked in on a Saturday afternoon. The lady had her back to us sitting at her desk. She didn’t turn around or greet us. A few minutes later she said hi still looking at her computer. We told her we called and were looking for a bridal gown. She said, “okay, fill out the paper.” As she pointed to a stack on the front desk, Which had 5 things on it. Once we were done we handed her the paper and she told us to glance through the gowns and pick 3 to try on. We found 3 And as she is still at her desk she points to the back dressing room and tells us to go in the left stall. As I was putting the gown on my sister she was yelling she had a lady that can alter any dress. The 3 we tried on were all cheap and over priced. The worst experience for a soon to bride go to. We walked out and went to Hart’s In Idaho falls. Where they actually hand picked dressed with my sister had a contract to find out what she was interested in. Greeted her at the door, called her by name along with everyone in the party that came with her. They made small talk and put her in the gowns and dressed her up and made her feel like a bride. That’s how wedding gown shopping should go. unlike this place, they were unprofessional. I would never recommend this place. Go to a place that treats you like a bride and gives you that experience for your upcoming day!

My soon to be sister in law went to Treasures and when we walked in the lady was on the phone at her desk. After a minute she turned around and seemed annoyed and asked, “can I help you?” We told her we were looking for a wedding dress and she nodded, out her index finger up, and then turned around and returned to her phone call. Two minutes later she turned around and said a little snippy, “can I help you girls?” So I asked if we were allowed to just look around. She said yes and then went back to her phone calls - she was canceling subscriptions. She ignored us the rest of the time. We went to circle of love instead and had a great experience.

Both were helpful in finding and altering my dress! I appreciated their help and I loved my dress on my special day. Thank you!
