I had the good fortune of dealing with Thomas at Kaiback Outfitters. I had two pairs of drifter sandals that for some reason the thong pulled out from the sole. I was about to reorder new sandals because they were very comfortable. But on a whim I thought I would shoot them a note about how the thong separated. Much to my surprise Thomas contacted me and asked for more info on my sandals and without any fuss whatsoever, replaced them free of charge! Super customer service!!
Ordered for the first time on Monday, April 6, 2020. My order was delivered today, 3 days after placing my order. Awesome, speedy shipping! The packaging was protective and all in great shape and the products were better than expected. I purchased 2 flannel shirts, 4 pairs of shoes, 2 beanie hats and 9 pairs of socks for a steal of a deal. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you Kaiback Outfitters!
For starters these guys make, by far, my favorite sandals (gray beachcombers), after I got my first pair I bought three more for later. In addition to that, they are some fantastic people. They are building a brand that stands not only for great quality but also great customer service and integrity. Buy with confidence, they're going to make sure you're well taken care of.
Kaiback Outfitters is a GREAT company to do business with. They have great products and a support staff that is 2nd to none and relentless to satisfy the customer as they did me. I have small feet w/ high arches so matching the proper water sandals was extremely difficult given it was an on online purchase and I'm in the DC area and they are in Idaho. Kaiback and manager Thomas completely rose to the occasion and went above and beyond for me. I would recommend this company to anyone. Mike Mullally
