Great place to work with! Great service and very professional. I checked several places and they beat them all!
I had a difficult experience with commercial tire just to get a bid for some rims. It consisted of calls ending with their famous words, “ok let me take and look at that and I will give you a call right back” or “I will have Ethan give a call back right when he gets back into the office”... and what do you know? They never called back. This happened for weeks and finally after a month and a half of me reaching out and getting the same answer, I finally got them to send the info while I was on the phone. Poor customer service.
The management and customer service at this Commercial Tire has by far been the best I have received, when it comes to the mechanic and tire industry. Grant and his team took care of my vehicle for a little over two years. Whenever I needed service, they always made the process as streamlined as possible. They also gave me great recommendations for tires. I would not go anywhere else for car maintenance. These guys really know their stuff, and provide an exceptional customer experience!
Great service...very knowledgeable. Didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. The manager was helpful and gave me a few options. Felt taken care of !
