Everyone at John Adams GMC that helped us in our truck buying experience was amazing!. They were helpful and very nice and friendly. Bryon our sales associate went above and beyond helping me get into the truck I wanted. Even though we live in Idaho Falls, it is so worth the drive to Rexburg. Sad, I asked them about the new black diamond gmc. They had not heard of it.nThen I asked about this life time warranty.nWell he said it to good to be true but it is true. Do your research. If you don’t keep track of every service they void it. Don’t do any service yourself. He said well maybe you can call them and get around it. Wrong.nSo I said I wanted a certain truck. He said I’ve got it and it’s a black diamond. He didn’t know what it was in the beginning.nSo they sent me the build on it and said this is it. I replied NO CALL ME.nI HAVEN’T HEARD FROM THEM SINCE.nnGREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE——NOT.

I took my pickup in for a oil change and had them do the 50,000 mile inspection on it as well. Took about an hour, which is no big deal. They did a great job and even washed my pickup while they were at it. Everybody around here is the same price, but John Adams is the only one that washes your vehicle while they have it. So if your going to get your oil changed, consider John Adams for the price you pay and the services you get. I will be bringing all my vehicles here.

We had heard several great things about John Adams. We had been talking about trading in a vehicle for a while and so yesterday we decided to go see. When we got there we met Cliff, we explained what we were wanting to do and the vehicles we had come to look at. He said he would look at the trade and while he did that Courtney would show us the vehicles. I pretty much new the one I wanted and my husband thought he knew the one he wanted. I wanted to drive one other car just to compare and make sure of the one I wanted. We decided pretty quick on the one. We drove the one my husband had come in for and was pretty certain he would get. After test driving it just wasn’t what he thought it would be. We came back and were discussing things with Cliff and Courtney and we weren’t too sure what we wanted to do. Courtney always listened and was so fun and was very patient as we were trying to decide. Cliff was so helpful and ran numbers so we knew things would work. My husband ended up driving one more car and it was great!!!!! We are very happy with the 2 vehicles we purchased. The time that Courtney and Cliff spent with us and never once did I feel pressured into something. They let us feel in control!!!! Scott finished our paperwork up for us after they should have all been headed home and made that a breeze. I cannot say enough good things about John Adams and would recommend that anyone should definitely go in and talk to them. You will not be disappointed. John, we did not meet you but you have created an awesome team at your dealership!!!!!

If I could give more stars I would! Courtney went above and beyond to get my family into a new car! Cliff worked with a bank to get us approved and gave far above value for our trade in. Definitely go to John Adams for all you new car and truck needs!!
