This is the worst bank in the country there are tons of hidden fees that they will charge you. It is practically impossible to get an actual person on the phone and when you do they don’t speak English well. We finally had enough and decided to close our accounts we were on hold for almost an hour then they said they could not close the account until all the money was transferred out. We transferred out the money then they charged us for not having enough money in the account sending us into a negative balance. Now they won’t close the account because of the negative balance. So I’m going to have to put money back in in order to close the account. If that’s not enough to make you bank somewhere else just get on the internet and search WellsFargo corruption you’ll find plenty.
