I order from this place because the pizza use to be good but now the service is horrible!!! I ordered two sets of wings and a burger and my food came to $28. That’s not the problem. The little girl in the front had horrible customer service. This will be my last time here. It’s a shame when your employees are the reason your customers leave and not the food
They take care to cook your food as desired. The owners are friendly, however the young ladies that answer the phones need a little more experience in politeness.
They messed up my pizza. I called them they apologized and said they would remake it and have it delivered. They never remade it and it was never delivered. I called and called to ask them what was going on but nobody would answer the phone.
Placed my order at 6:08pm never received my food that I prepaid for. I've supported this pizza place however, I won't go back. I will go back in person to receive my refund and if I have to I'll get whoever I need involved. It's about principle. If your employees are not happy working get other employees who can handle the pressure and know how to answer the phone without hanging up on customer's. Do not go to this restaurant!!!!
They are the worst! Called to order and the girl that answered the phone put me on hold, then hung up. I called back and she put me on hold and hung up again. I called back and she kept doing the same thing. Then I asked for a manager and they said he wasn't there. No wonder they have 3 stars!! Never agsin New Star Pizza!!
