I called to order my food, ordered it and came down to get it. Once I met the delivery guy, he said the food wasn’t paid for (picked it up for a friend) so I pull out my card to pay and of course I had to call in and give them my card over the phone.nnI called and was immediately placed on hold while still hearing the girl playing around at work while having me and the delivery guy wait 10 minutes before she came back on the phone.nnShe came back and I asked could I pay for my order and she was very disrespectful, stating “you should’ve been paid for your food” and insisting on arguing with me.nnI kindly disconnected the call and told the delivery guy to keep the food.nnTerrible customer service and beyond ghetto.

Ordered this food at 12:30 pm approximately my order didn’t come until 2:00 pm called 3 times before my order came after being lied to saying it was minutes away. When my order finally arrived the delivery driver had the most horrible attitude and worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time! He threw my change on top of the pizza box and walked out of the facility as if I didn’t pay for my services. If I could give him no star and just write a review that’s what they would get! The manager act like he didn’t really care about the horrible customer service from his driver as well after I called and complained. I don’t even write reviews but for this everyone should know how horrible this store is! I will highly not recommend this store to a homeless person let alone family or friends

The food is always well prepared and flavorful, employees hands out fantastic customer service. I really like how clean it is and vibes. Would recommend to others.

The staff here is always nice and they do their best to get the orders out on time. I will keep coming back for the breakfast!

I ordered a chicken stromboli and I wanted peppers n onions chopped well. And I got big chunks of them n the bread was burnt and tasted horrible. I would not recommend them to nobody. And I got a large cheese pizza that was nasty as well. Never again will I order from here
