So disappointed. Ordered a burger platter and fry wings. The chicken smelled raw and the burger was so dry I could not eat it. The fries were awesome, so good you could eat it cold. Really disappointed. Third time. That's it.

Do not waste your time, I ordered at 7:30pm. After three calls, order arrived at 9:15pm. Food was incorrect & cold. All stores closed after 10:00pm. Can't reorder meal for the game tonight. Had to drive to the store to receive a refund. Will never order from here again

I've been ordering from here for years and have not had many problems. However I ordered an extra large Meat Lovers pizza today and was sent a pizza which most of the topping have slid to one side! After calling the store and requesting a replacement. I was told that one would be sent and to send the other one back. After waiting over an hour I called to check on the delivery status just to be told that they don't know when it will be delivered! It is now after 8pm and all I wanted today was not to cook! What a bummer!

Haven't been there in a few years. I wasn't happy. I had a chicken cheese steak, American and provolone, fried onions with pepper & ketchup. It was dry........ nice amount of meat. I didn't taste the cheese & it was dry....

I go out of my way to go to Papp's for their ribs. The sides(for the platter ) are not good but the corn bread is. They have other tasty items too.
