The lady who speaks in a monotone voice—Shaleta..Sharesa..(or whatever her name is) she is very rude. I can’t speak for anyone else that works in that shop, but she definitely needs an attitude adjustment. In my opinion, not all black businesses should be supported; only businesses that offer great customer service.

Locmamas2 is amazing bar none! The customer service that Michelle and her staff demonstrated to my wife and I were unmatched. She was genuinely interested in our loc journey and did not force her expertise on us. Her experience manifested naturally through normal conversation, and she was humble about sharing her knowledge and advice with us. Locmamas2 is beautifully decorated and sprinkled with authentic African art and jewelry. We loved the pro-Black ambiance and we recommend Michelle's services to anyone on their loc journey.
