Palouse Prairie Charter School

I greatly appreciate how the school focuses on developing ethical people. I have already noticed my son applying some of the character traits he has learned at school at home. Even though the school focuses on developing students to be kind and caring, students are highly challenged and dig deep into learning and create final products that serve their community, which excites my child and makes him care about his learning.

We had our child in another school in the Latah area and she was so behind and sliding back even further. we enrolled her in Palouse prairie and our child is happy and leaning leaps and bounds! We could not be happier with the process !!

We feel blessed to have a public school like Palouse Prairie Charter School in our community! Our daughter started in kindergarten at Palouse Prairie and she is now in 3rd grade. We are continually inspired by the commitment from the teachers, staff, students and families to make PPCS a welcoming community with a focus on service and compassion. The strong focus on character development alongside academics is important to us. The school is a model for what can be achieved as an individual, class, school, local community, and global community when we work as a CREW with Courage, Responsibility, Empathy and Welcoming. We are very thankful to the PPCS community for enriching our lives and we look forward to sending our toddler once she is ready for kindergarten :)

I have 3 kids at Palouse Prairie School and we are extremely happy there. The kids are both challenged and nurtured by their incredible teachers and they do work that feels truly important. My 6th grader wakes up talking about what he's excited to do in class each day. I don't know about you, but that wasn't my 6th grade experience! Palouse Prairie teaches character development in a way that's different from other schools and I've definitely seen the benefits for each of my kids as they grow in confidence and responsibility. One of my favorite things about Palouse Prairie is that the school leaders are always looking for ways to make the school even better. I'm so happy that Moscow has Palouse Prairie School.

My daughter has attended PPCS since Kindergarten. She is in 7th grade this year. The caring attention, rigorous education and wonderful sense of community fostered by the staff have been invaluable for her. I can't imagine her going anywhere else.
