forgot a side dish in a door dash order. order accuracy is always iffy at this location

Very slow service. Almost 15 min. Not so much for fast food. Got our order wrong. We paid for what we got but did not get what we ordered.

Yesterday I ordered food at 7:44pm for pick up at 8:15pm. I did happen to show up 10min earlier, and I did expect to wait. The girl who helped was very friendly, said it would be 14min because the chicken is still cooking. Sure fine, I went for an errand came back and still 20minutes later it was not done.. although the employees were friendly, I felt like it was unacceptable that I had to wait that long when I had ordered way ahead of time. Also I did not order corn, buuuut I found a piece of corn in my mashed potatoes ud83dude33 please contain your cross contamination better.

Utterly incompetent and slow during the evening for some reason.nnNobody in front of me, takes 2 minutes to get my order taken. Pull to window, and wait another five. Than get told they are making fresh fries and pull around to park for another 10. 17 minutes for a no line order of tenders and fries.

Made online order picked up the order and parts of the mea,s were not in the bag went back to pick up missing parts of meal and they argued with the boys who picked it up got home to recheck the bags as they said it was in there called to let them know it wasn't they argued with them and said it was but to come back and they would give them the Mac n cheese got there and they argued with them again . So I called them back to talk to a manager and was told that there was no manager on sight was argued with again and told that all items were in the bag and that they talked with 3vdifferentvworkers and they all said the Mac n cheese was in the bag there was only one side in the bag which was come slaw ended up hanging up with them as all he wanted to do was argued,. This is not the first time we have had problems on a regular basiscwe end up making 3 trips back to get all items ordered. Some how things need to change at this location very poor customer service.
