Over the last two years this location has fallen in quality drastically. Almost every time we eat here, the fries are cold. The staff often has terrible attitudes and is never consistent in how they make things. The ice cream machine is also never cleaned properly, as it normally tastes like it has mint in the plain vanilla ice cream. The front of house is always in disarray and covered in flies. This place really needs to reevaluate and think about the customer.

Bicycled 40 miles, thought A & W sounded good so I went through the drive thru. Ordered my #1 Large Papa Burger meal. Worker told me to pull into the parking lot and they’d bring it out. There was only 1 car in the drive thru. Guy brought out my food, confirmed what I ordered and I left. Drive home 30 miles...WRONG ORDER!!! I got a regular cheeseburger instead. Didn’t even eat it. Straight into the garbage. Not happy

Foods good and all but there’s this older woman that NEVER wears her mask right. Always covering the chin and half her mouth.

When I moved to the area 6 years ago I was so excited to discover my favorite childhood fast food joint that I hadn’t seen in years. It remained be my favorite until this last year. Over and over I have waited far too long for incomplete orders that they didn’t bother to ensure had every item I ordered. And after I drive 45 minutes home to only then find out I’m missing part of my order their only solution is to offer to mail me a coupon. Terrible service.
