Amazing burgers for a great price. There are a few burger places in town (that aren't fast food), and Humble stands out for a few reasons.nnThe cost is nice and low. The service is very fast. Their specific products are very good. And finally, the burgers are amazing, and a little unique. They have a nice crunch to them around the edges. I'm not sure how they cook them to be like that, but they're very good.

I desperately want to love Humble Burger. Moscow needs a truly great burger place and this just isn't it. I don't mind eating here but I just can't say that I love it. The rest of the evaluation is mostly a critique of the burger itself. The environment is very stylish and nice and the staff/ownership are very friendly and kind. Like I said, I want them to be great. Sadly, the food is just lacking.nn1. The burgers are a decent portion and the meat is fresh but unfortunately the meat is also flavorless. They depend entirely on the toppings for flavoring the sandwich.nn2. There's too much bread. The buns are too dense and it makes it all very dry. It's hard to enjoy the sandwich.nn3. The prices are too high. To get fries, burger and drink you are looking at $10+. That's a bit steep for not getting a truly fantastic burger. Especially one that has lousy American cheese rather than a nice slice of medium cheddar.nn4. The fries are fine but not spectacular. They are usually a bit overdone.nn5. The frustrating thing is that the burgers were better when they started out at the farmer's market. They have a nice little location but the food is just no longer worth the price.nnAre you going to be mad if you eat here? Probably not. But will you feel like you could have spent that $10 on something better elsewhere? I would say so.

The only place I'm Moscow that does a dang smash burger right! Got the Lacey edges and everything! Also, Dem homemade pickles are really something special! 10/10 would recommend any day of the week! Maybe even more than once ;).

Very good burgers. Fry sauce is also delicious. Fries are amazing at times, but not consistent. Still 5 stars because the burgers. Pricing is very reasonable.

Great burgers and fries. That’s all I eat when I go. I always ask for fresh, undercooked fries otherwise the fries are very hard and crunchy which is not my thing at all (Update - fries are cut thicker now making them perfect!).
