Save your money and self study. You are better off taking multiple practice tests or multiple attempts or know someone in admissions lol. As long your score is high that's what matters mostly. At Y2 we took practice tests daily and the homework was practice tests. Theres not too much you can do to learn the SAT or ACT. That's why you take those AP classes to help you prepare as much as possible. I would recommend AP English and AP calculus or precalc honors at least. Doing well on SAT or ACT means you can do well on standardized exams, but it does not translate to anything else. Hard work and effort is still needed.ntl;dr program not worth the $ 4k and self study and take multiple practices tests at places that administer practice tests for cheap.nTake advanced level courses. SAT or ACT not much of a memorization test

I am very happy that I enrolled my daughter at Y2 Academy of North Wales. She is always nervous and shy about school work and she lacks confidence. When she attended the summer program, she complain about the work but slowly she understand the benefit of the rigorous materials so that she can improve. The teachers were awesome and she immediately connected with all of her teachers who really motivated and taught the skills that she need to improve. Lydia started the program with a placement score of 1080 in July and she got a October 2016 score of 1380 and that is 300 points higher in just 3 months of studying. I definitely recommend Y2 Academy of North Wales for your child’s learning.

Y2 Academy of North Wales is an excellent place for SAT Preparation and tutoring. My daughter studied SAT Prep at Y2 of North Wales this past summer 2016 and her experience was all positive. She was challenged by the curriculum and encouraged by the teachers and staff to reach her full potential. All the hard work this past summer was worth it because my daughter was able to get the guaranteed score that will help her to apply to the University of her choice. Thank You Y2 Academy of North Wales.

My daughter is a B student and I enrolled her in Y2 academy with moderate expectation. I expected help from teachers that could help her at her level. It was a total disappointment and total waste of money. Extra help was promised if we went on days there were no classes, which was Tuesday and Thursday. We would call to confirm and most of the times there would me no teacher or was told that there was no teacher scheduled for help session for the day.nThe home work was overwhelming and the teachers would just read out the correct answers the following day. Picked random problems and explained it with great speed that did not help my child and every child we encountered had the same thing to say.nThere was test given everyday and again the correct answers were just read out. The students were asked to mark the correct answers with some explanation. Everything was rushed through the day.nIf she had learnt one new problem everyday I would have been more than happy. We have sets and sets of question booklet that they distribute at the academy that don't mean anything to us because nothing was taught, just the correct answers were called out by the teachers in the class.nIt has a school setting and the teachers are running in and out of the class. Everyday its a different teacher who teaches the class (both English and Math). On few occasion the teacher did not know the answer to the question.nThe principal talks about 250 plus score guarantee, only if homework is submitted. The homework is overwhelming for an average student. My child came back confused and more stressed everyday.nI would never recommend Y2 to anybody because all I got was a bundle of questions that we did not know how to solve and a confused child for 4000 plus dollars when the classed ended. I am left with finding time to help my child because its my necessity.
