I absolutely adore the owner of this salon. She's so very welcoming, and as we all know the way your greeted can either enhance or ruin your experience. She was so patient and listened to accomplish the style I wanted. The service was 5 star and most importantly she got me in on my scheduled time and was done for her next client ON TIME! I had a very wonderful experience here at Lux Lab, the atmosphere is very calming, relaxed and just perfect for me to get my hair cut. I was not going to but I felt confident in the stylist and she did a fantastic job on cutting my layer Bob . I love how she custom cut so it can be worn without curls. Overall, I really enjoyed myself here at Lux Lab, down to earth and will be returning for hair care.
I had a keratin treatment at LuX Lab a week and a half ago and it’s amazing! Kysha is so professional yet warm and sooo knowledgeable! This was the first keratin treatment I’ve ever had and am extremely happy with the process and the outcome!
I've been seeing Ky'sha for over 10 years. I highly recommend her for natural hair. She takes the time to learn about her clients, their personal and professional lifestyle and incorporates it Into her approach. More importantly, she uses top products in your hair and takes the time to teach her clients on how to use them.
