Ells Lock Service llc

Called AAA because I locked my key in my vehicle. They connected me with Ell’s lock service in Moscow. It took over two hours for them to arrive to my location and unlock my vehicle. AAA even had to call the company because I hadn’t been helped yet. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone myself. This is my second time using Ell’s and it’s the same as the first time. LONG wait.

Call anyone but this place. If you lock your keys in your car, Autobody Supershop or other businesses in Pullman are more than ready to help. If I had relied solely on these guys to unlock my car, I might still be waiting...

Really nice guy showed up to help and didn't charge me the full amount cuz I had to wait wait a little longer than normal. I will highly recommend them.

I’ve been in three times now, asking if they can make a key for my motorcycle. Each time they say they will order the correct blank and call me when it comes in. They’ve never called and never even ordered the blank, and in part I’m not surprised because of how disorderly the office is. I think the notes they write to themselves get lost in the mess.
