This is the worst bank ever, Customer service is very rude, they lie to you, I spoke with Tammy a supervisor in customer service and she said that she can assist me because I have a business checking account and she didn’t have access to it. I opened my account with this credit union because they said I can deposit money in any credit union shared branch (co-op) I deposited cash in 2 different credit union co-op ATM and my money was on hold by GNCU. The majority of cuatomer service agentes are rude very rude. Get away of this place! Give piece to your mind!

Had several different ladies help us and everyone of them knew their stuff did not have to ask some one else on opening new account. Very friendly, and they remember your names. Nice to be not a number!

The folks here at the best. They are friendly and courteous and will go out of their way to assist you. I wouldn't bank anywhere else!

Nice ppl. Some not as knowledgeable as others. Co-op with other banks. Location a minus. Should open an hour earlier.
