Actually potentially violated the Law when she refused to perform a SANE exam on me, based on what I later found out, if she can break that Law or ethically violate procedure I wouldn’t hire her as an Attorney. She was kind about it more or less, but I was forced to go across State lines then to the Pullman ER to have the exam performed and I was badly injured at the time. I’m increasingly surprised by the lac of awareness about feminist rights among professionals in Idaho.

Kathy is a great lawyer with lots if strengths, open minded, wisdom, along with being caring and understanding. However, her partner sucks and is very biased and judgemental. He is not someone I am pleased to have met and feel he does not put forth the effort to be a good lawyer.

We’ve come a LOOONG way & Cathy isn’t to blame for another attorneys inability to “play fair” so to speak. She has gone above & beyond what would have been any other attorney's duties. & I greatly appreciate your time & effort. (Quick tip tho: Don’t even try to get ahold of her by phone. You’ll receive better communication via email.) I’d have given ya 4.5 if that’d been an option. :)
