I've been here twice, once for a rock concert, where Boomer friends danced off to the side of the shell, and once for a quiet picnic with a friend, during the pandemic when it was a good idea to eat outside. That second time quiet prevailed, for there was almost no one in the park.nI'm not sure what else is in the park, but there's parking, a pool I believe, and plenty of space, even the playground off to one side I think. It looked like a good place to have in the neighborhood.

First thing is as of November 2020 Whites Road Park is under renovation. You can still walk the trails and enjoy the wildlife. If your in town and you want to do some Deer watching Whites Road Park is the place to go. The usual norm is that there is a nature trail where you can witness several different types of wildlife, a creek, several small walking bridges. They usually have a pretty decent playground and basketball court. Benches, a small theater stage, a nice size parking lot and porta potties. Whites Road Park also has a swimming pool during the summer months.

I used to go to this park as a kid! My best friend Kathleen Schmidt fell in the creek as the ice broke during an afternoon of sledding! Her brother Kenneth had to pull her home on a sled. She was so cold!nThe pool was an everyday, all day pastime in the summer.nToday, this covid-19 bologna kept us from eating in an eating establishment, so we enjoyed our lunch at the park.nFun times to reminisce about! The park is as beautiful as ever.

Very nice park across small hills, a pleasure to enjoy the sun or the shade. Pool nearby, tennis court, alleys.
