Poor experience. Been a customer of other Hair Cuttery locations for decades - Bethlehem, PA, Southampton, PA, and Ft. Lauderdale, FL. No genuine concern for their customer. They over promised a 30-minute wait time for several of the customers in the store at the same time as me which ended up being over an hour for all of us. The stylist who cut my hair made no attempts at small talk -- seriously, the whole store appeared devoid of conversations between the stylists and their customers. All of the usual extras that I'm accustomed from other locations (trimming my sideburns, offering to clean-up my eyebrows, apply hair gel and talc, etc.) were not even offered. I walked out of the store with a head full of messy peach fuzz. Worst -- and this truly ruined my day -- is they did not even try the targeted coupon emailed to me by the company which I had been eager to use. Apparently its for a service that does not even apply to me. When I voiced my displeasure hoping maybe they would offer an alternative coupon since the one provided by their company clearly would not work for me, they did nothing. No genuine concern to make me happy. Well, never again will I go to this location. I will drive out of my way to find another store that cares about customer service.

Great place. All are nice. Manager is the greatest. She knows her customers and treats them great. Would recommend ud83dudc4c always

Website is terrible. Can’t login, can’t pick your salon, can’t select an appointment and I will not go around and sit and wait!

The short lady with the “blonde” hair does a terrible job. My son’s hair is ruined. And she messed up my husband’s hair too!
