I had a 12:10 appointment with a certain stylist for a wash, cut and blow dry. I was on my lunch break from work. When I arrived on time. My apt. time was being used by someone. I waited for 20 min. Now its to late to get my hair done, because my lunchtime will be over soon. It takes time to drive back to work and get ready for patients. So they wasted my time. They lost a customer and a good tipper.
Great experience! Very clean and efficient. Staff are friendly and inviting, I always get a good laugh everytime I go! My stylist Imani does a great job on my hair everytime I come!
Great place and great customer service.
Horrible experience ever! Will not go back, cannot even get a basic hair cut done and my layers are uneven and looks like a child cut. I have to go to a different salon to fix this atrocity. I do not recommend at all. They need more professional hair stylists here, not amateurs who are worse than me.
My family and I have been seeing Rachel regularly for the last couple of years and love her work. She is talented, professional and fun! Highly recommended her!
