V7 Martial Arts

I've been training BJJ at V7 for a little over two years now and have nothing but good things to say about this gym. Sensei Nicolae and the other instructors are excellent coaches, very knowledgeable and great people to train with. The facilities are high quality, the gym is well-maintained, and the people that train here are very friendly and welcoming.

1. The dojo is a clean and professional space.nn2. The coaches and members are warm and welcoming. Humility and gentleness are exhibited along with rich instruction and world class talent.nn3. It's a special place to not only learn the martial arts, but also to establish community with like minded people. I've been training here for almost two months. My observation is that the connections between gym members are like extended family.nn4. Easily one of the best places I've ever trained. The gym is clean, the people and instructors are friendly, and it's a fantastic workout whether you're doing jiu jitsu or functional fitness. If you're looking to learn jiu jitsu, some self-defense, or just want a good workout then this is the place to be.

Been going here for almost six months now. Completely new to BJJ and now I can't live without it! Great environment, great instructor, great classes. Everybody really helps foster the passion and is very friendly and helpful for a clumsy beginner like myself. Would recommend it to anyone interested. Moscow is lucky to have a place like V7!
