I actually love the yoga instructor who runs this place. One of the Yoga teachers actually pulled my hair, like yanked on my pony tail during a class. I won’t state who, because I don’t want to be malicious. But then she & another teacher were making jabs at me and stated I was a middle class house wife looking due to my hair. Who cares and why harass someone in that manner, because it was already a bad week so they could have been actually yogic and kind. It’s super insane for a Yoga place to body shame you and literally for a teacher to yank your hair without asking all in one session. So I’m not going back, because it wasn’t yogic to me. I have a neck injury also so people need to ask before taking my hair in hand and yanking it, but it was extremely inappropriate under any circumstance. I go to the place in Pullman because it’s more progressive. I’ve always found it odd that in Idaho, people still find it appropriate to body shame females in 2020. However, Idaho does rank 50th for the quality of life for females in general, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t champion each other.

A fun place to practice yoga and they make excellent smoothies. A wide variety of yoga classes (easy to extremely challenging/progressive). I found my perfect niche the very first visit. The best value for me is a 10 punch pass. Other options are available for people with more regular routines.

Great yoga, great products, great people! I love that they offer partner yoga, and they have a million other classes for whatever it is you want to get out of your yoga practice.
