We are just getting aquatinted with Green Lane Park. So far with a bike ride and a couple of hikes, we love having this park within a reasonable drive! The trails vary from wide level gravel paths to remote narrow barely worn rocky trails that are still pretty well marked. I really enjoy the variety. Google maps has the paths, though one can download a map with trail descriptions from the county website.
Absolutely loved the orange trail! You should check it out if you enjoy hiking on non paved wooded area. A little bit of elevation change but nothing you shouldn't be able to handle with a nice pair of hiking shoes and some time on your hands. Think it clocked in at just under 3 miles. I'm not sure who loved it more me or the dog.
I love it here!!! So much to see and do. The trails are cool. Great spot for family adventures or just a quiet place to clear your mind. Tonight I went and had lessons on how to paddleboard. It was so fun. ud83dude0a
Beautiful, clean family friendly park! Plenty of parking and restrooms. Scenic hiking with both easy trails and challenging. Some of the trails are clear and others with rock and root obstacles.
Very beautiful park. Nice for kids, families, for fishing and even camping. This park is always my turn around point during my long biking trips. It well worth it to visit
