Danai has to be the nicest lady ever. The work performed was just as agreed. The appointment was unexpectedly rescheduled, it took a couple visits to get the work done, and the price was higher than I thought it would be. Brent offered me a discount for the reschedules, which I appreciated. I am satisfied and would recommend Cheetah for projects similar to mine.

Paul came out and gave us a written estimate with options, this was terrific to help decide on how to do the project. He ordered the parts and did the job when they came in. Work was done in a very professional manner and we are very pleased with the results.

I needed a last minute quote and they fit me in since they were in town. I knew it was the end of their day and they went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. They were extremely professional and even wore covers over their shoes in my home! I was so pleased with the whole experience from the first phone call (I was greeted in a manner that made it feel really personal). Their team is very friendly, professional, considerate, and knowledgable. Very happy with their service!
