I repeat stay away from Dick Winters. He is the most horrible attorney in Norristown PA. He is a private attorney that helps out with juvenile cases through Montgomery County; the problem is that he does not help the client (your child); he works with the courts to help fry your child. My daughter has mental health issues and probation is involved. Dick Winters decided that probation knows what is best for my daughter and not her own family. I mean this honestly stay away from him he is paid through the state and don't care what you need or want; he will do whatever the state wants. At the end of the day, he worries about his pockets and not his clients.

He is the best lawyer I could ever ask for...I would recommend him to everyone!!!
