Erber Auto is my go-to trusted mechanic in Moscow! Owned and operated by amazing people who have an evident passion to go above and beyond. They are leveraging the latest technology to make the experience seamless, transparent, and clear. Over several years and some older vehicles needing some TLC, I’ve had more “this will cost less than we expected” than the other way around. Their new client software allows you to see your estimated cost of service immediately, and authorize it before the work even begins. Their connection to HoodHub means they can actually help you before you know your car is in trouble.nnI recommend Erber Auto without reserve. It’s the place I insist on taking my car for any service they offer.

Jonathan and the Team at Erber Auto are great and will fix issues quickly and correctly. After having some alternator issues Erber did some work to get my car running again. Throughout the process Erber Auto communicated every step and explained repairs. When other mechanics don't know how to fix my car properly I trust that Jonathan and his team can. Erber is the only mechanic I truly trust in Moscow.

In a profession that is stereotypically dishonest, looking to take advantage, real integrity stands out.nnMy car's engine needed to undergo some serious repair, they got me an estimate and got to work. The nature of the problem was such that it was difficult to diagnose with plenty of smoking guns along the way. The repair took longer than I would have liked, but that was due to the severity of the repair needed, not lack of effort or skill by the mechanics.nnWhen it was all said and done, they had put nearly DOUBLE the expected man hours into the job, but kept the bill within their original quote.nnIncredibly thankful for their workmanship and integrity.
