This lawyer helped a dentist sue us while out of state. They won in default because we didn't know we were being sued. He stole more then 2 months of income from a disabled veteran. We had to sell our car to pay him after a bank error caused a check to bounce. They threatened to have my husband locked up. We warned them of the error and told them they could cash it in a few days. Instead of waiting they processed the check 3 times causing me to get bounced check fees. This is a highly unethical lawyer.
