Personable, friendly and helpful staff. Over close to 50 years, lots of staff have stayed with them showing they are a good employer. All employees are good, helping in all ways that they can.

You couldn't ask for a more personable and prepared shop. They have earned my business time and time again.nnAbove was my first review over a year ago. It was a 5 star.. today I called about a simple question and was made to feel like a fool. There are new people now, shows how much of a difference it makes.

I went in a couple of days ago to get the snow tires mounted on my car. They were crazy busy of course with the snowstorm coming. I waited in line a few minutes for my turn and as I was waiting I saw great customer service everywhere. The employees were patient and working so well together to handle all the phone calls as well as the walk in traffic. Same situation when I went back in to pickup my car. Great job!

Fantastic experience got good tires shocks and they found it tie rods needed to be replaced did that and the alignment whoever did the alignment man I'll tell you it rides like a brand new car no pull whatsoever not even in a heavy wind really a fantastic repair they know I'll be back and I recommend Moscow Les Schwab to anybody in the area great people.

Not many good options for the type and size I needed. I Got chastised for asking how much to mount and balance tires I bought online. Even though I was going to buy the rims from Schwab... Taking my vehicles to Bruneel now ... they didnt give me any flak.
