I've had two great experiences with Palouse Country. First, when a tire shop improperly lifted our vehicle and damaged the differential cover, it took about 10-minutes for Palouse Country to check the damage, call the tire shop and let them know they'd be on the hook for the repair.nnA few weeks later when the dealer in Spokane recommended new brake pads and rotors, I thought the $1,500 they quoted me was a bit high. I asked Palouse Country if they could do it. Even though our vehicle is unusual and required special-order parts for the work, Palouse Country got the job done well for less-than half the price.

I went to them thinking my vehicle was in worse shape than it was. Turns out what I told them I thought was wrong with the vehicle actually wasn't. It turned out to be way cheaper than I thought it was going to be. Good honest technicians and business.

This is a great business, very professional and always keep good tabs on my vehicles and issues that might be creeping up without pressure for unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend!

My car broke down on the road. I called the store. They just wanted me tow my car to their store When I asked them if they can repair this type of car. After two days, They cannot repair my car, they told me I need to tow my car to the dealer. But I still paid 90$. I do not know why.
