I used Hair Cuttery for years while living in the area. Excellent service and super friendly staff. Very cheap for the services provided. I highly recommend!

So I have been visiting this location on and off for several years. Most of the time I haven’t had any major issues.nEvery cut I’ve had there has always been kind of in the middle, not bad, but there was no “wow” factor. That is until today. The past several cuts I’ve gotten at other places have been absolutely terrible. My husband mentioned getting his done tonight, so I decided to get mine cut too. I have to say.. Alyce has completely changed my outlook of this salon. She took the time to listen, and I mean really listen, to the issues I’ve been having with my hair, and checked with me during every step of my cut to make sure it was what I was looking for, including fixing the problems others made recently in the past. She made sure that she did not take off more then I was comfortable with, and even re-evaluated it after the blow dry to check if it sat right, and fixed anything she wasn’t happy with. I will absolutely be returning to see her for my cuts from now on!! Go Alyce!!!

They cut my hair extremely crooked. One side is two inches longer than the other. After looking in the mirror, I drove back to get it fixed. They didn't admit it was crooked, they didn't apologize, and they didn't even offer a refund. They told me to wait in line all over again and one of them will try to work on it whenever they get around to it. That is simply an unacceptable way to treat a customer after botching their hair. I have never been treated like this by a salon before and I am appalled. No remorse, no apology, and completely ignoring the inconvenience of me having to wait in a long line once again because of their mistake. Worst salon i have ever been too. Avoid at all costs. Now to correct the issue, another salon will have to cut my hair shorter than I had wanted to even it out. I only want three inches off, now I have to get five. Again, no remorse, and no apology.

This place has the worst service ever! When me and my daughter came here cause she wanted highlights so the lady wasn’t here that did highlights and it was too late we didn’t have a problem with that. The next day I call and they say “she can get her hair evaluated by Jamie if there are any changes we will definitely call you” So when me and my daughter got there they say “Oh Jamie left” Seriously?! No body here cares about their customers ! Worst place ever!
