Associates are professional but service is lacking. They never answer the phone so don't count on that.
Not that any of the other banks are probably any better but Chase in particular has the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. The local banks can't do simple things like close a safe deposit box unless you make an appointment, the phone tree at the 800 number is impossible to do anything without listening to minutes of their options which have nothing to do with what you're calling about so getting to talk to someone is like a battle. I would not recommend Chase.
The star on their Christmas tree is the best. Their customer service and getting to know each customer is a plus too. Very friendly
This place is very understaffed. Don’t seem to have time to answer phones or set up new accounts. Other wise the staff if fairly nice.
Funny to think how much I've grown to like a bank... But the staff here makes their customers feel so danged valued! I actually enjoy going to the bank because of these fine folks. Highly recommend for business and personal banking.
